Mango Peach Pineapple Three Ways: Smoothie, Sorbet, Ice Pop

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mango chunks
  • 2 fresh peaches
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple chunks
  • Bananas (See options below)
  • Filtered Water (See options below)

Option 1-Smoothie or Ice Pop
Use 3 cups filtered water and 2 fresh bananas
Option 2- Sorbet
Use 2 cups filtered water and 2 frozen bananas

Recommended Toppings:

  • Walnuts
  • Pomegranate Arils
  • Peaches
  • Oranges
  • Strawberries

Instructions:

  • De-pit the peaches.
  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend on medium-high for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides, as needed.
  • Serve as a smoothie or sorbet.
  • To serve as an ice pop, simply make the smoothie version and pour it into an ice pop mold.
  • Place the ice pop mold in the freezer overnight to set.
  • Enjoy the next day!
