Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen or fresh mango chunks
- 2 fresh peaches
- 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple chunks
- Bananas (See options below)
- Filtered Water (See options below)
Option 1-Smoothie or Ice Pop
Use 3 cups filtered water and 2 fresh bananas
Option 2- Sorbet
Use 2 cups filtered water and 2 frozen bananas
Recommended Toppings:
- Walnuts
- Pomegranate Arils
- Peaches
- Oranges
- Strawberries
Instructions:
- De-pit the peaches.
- Place all of the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend on medium-high for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides, as needed.
- Serve as a smoothie or sorbet.
- To serve as an ice pop, simply make the smoothie version and pour it into an ice pop mold.
- Place the ice pop mold in the freezer overnight to set.
- Enjoy the next day!
